why Nagase
Ever since I saw the intro to KOF2006 before the game was released here in September, I took a liking to Nagase. She was just too cool in it, especially when she took on Lien for that brief moment. Upon seeing that, and the characters I've played with in 2D in 3D, I had to get this game and play it. When I did get it as a late birthday present, I picked Nagase first in the story mode, and fell in love with her arrogance and how she hated being called a kid. I also loved her appearance in Kula's ending. It made me believe that Nagase isn't all that rude and arrogant, as well focused on her powers; she's capable of snagging a best friend (C'mon, Kula wouldn't leave Nagase alone, not until she got the girl to smile some more) who'd put up with her. Besides, Kula would just draw on Nagase's face to get even.

Nagase and I also have a few things in common: We love fighting games, and we hate e-mail with viruses and our browsers crashing, and our favorite things are our computers (one is fine for teh Nero), and our blogs; without my dear LJ (and the internet), I don't think I would've met the awesome people I've met now. Besides the things in common, her character design made me like her too. It's punk, yet sweet. Though...I do have to ask myself where the hell she got the idea to dress up as a frog, snake, panda, and a grizzly bear on some occasions.

Rebel Spark
I knew I'd end up changing Pay For It sooner or later, but I didn't know to what. I didn't want hunting peach because...I didn't like the way it stuck. Then I was going to opt for Shooting Star, but then I remember the anime fanlisting for Alba had that name. So I pondered. If I gave Alba one of Nagase's moves, I'd take one of his. So I took Rebel Spark. And what do you know, I like the way it sticks, so there! XD *sticks out tongue*
