Once outside, Nagase is sitting on her knees, and she says that she might have over done it, but she was just going with the flow. Standing up, she says that if she thinks about it, this makes her a lone ninja now. Whining, she threads her fingers through her hair a little saying that she's totally screwed and asks herself what's she going to do.

The familiar voice of Mai is heard, and she says it looks like Nagase's gone on an gotten herself into a little bit of trouble. Turning around, Nagase says that if Mai must know, she's pretty damned busy so the older woman should leave her alone...unless she wants Nagase to bust her up again. Amused, Mai says that she came back all this way just to beat Nagase, but it looks like Nagase isn't ready. She points to the Mosque, and Nagase looks at it and remembers her predicament. She says that she has to get out of there and she runs past Mai, stopping mid run.

Nagase tells Mai that she doesn't want to help her, but she should be leaving too; members of Addes are pretty mean. Mai smiles and asks if Nagase is worried about her before going to say that Nagase just might be a little sweetie after all. Nagase merely "Hmphs" before saying that it would just be sad if Mai died without a rematch with her. She then says "See you later, Shiranui!" before disappearing in a burst of flames. Mai says that Nagase is just a kid after all, and that next time she won't hold back before she too disappears.

In the FMV ending, we see Nagase sitting attop a crane watching the sunset. She lets out a yawn before lying back and keeping her gaze focused on the sunset. Since Alba won the tournament overall, we can totally say that this is just her waiting around until she gets more orders, but if we're talking her ending I have a crazy little theory that Nagase resting there might be one of the only shreds of comfort she'll get to have.
